Agile for Business Success and Customer Value



Many people and organizations are talking about "Agile," but what is it and how does it work?  More importantly, how does Agile enable business success and customer value?  These questions and many more will be answered in this full-day experience of Agile. The class is a mixture of exercises and instructor-led knowledge, providing you the information and experiential learning of Agile, the common frameworks used when executing Agile, and the specific leadership style required for Agile to work. You will leave with an understanding of Agile and how it can work for your organization and insight into what you and your organization have to do in order to successfully adopt Agile into your workplace.
