Bourbon: America’s Native Spirit



Via Zoom: This course will cover what Bourbon is and is not. Topics include the many aspects of the Bourbon industry, including its history, production methods, marketing and advertising. The different types of bourbon and the taste profiles associated with each will be explored. While tasting will not be involved during the class, we will discuss what one should expect to taste when drinking Bourbon and where those taste profiles come from.
