Held in person at McKimmon Center: This course will review the historical aspects of bananas in Central America and the Caribbean. It will include the political effect caused by the U.S. companies engaged in the banana trade. Finally, the course will talk about the business side of bananas and the use of science to assist with the growing and transport.
