Study Trip -- Visit NC State’s Renovated D.H. Hill Library



Explore the new Hill Library! Located on NC State's North Campus, the D. H. Hill Jr. Library is one of NC State’s two main libraries, complementing the James B. Hunt Jr. Library on Centennial Campus. Hill Library underwent a major renovation in 2019 and has transformed some of its spaces to include an Innovation Studio, Data Experience Lab, Visualization Studio, and the Academic Success Center. Learn about everything that Hill has to offer!

Notes: Wear comfortable shoes as this is a walking tour. Participants must be able to climb one flight of steps. Participants will be required to comply with all NC State University COVID-19 directives in place at the time of this study trip, which may include wearing a mask. Details will be provided via email nearer the trip date. If you find yourself unable to participate in this study trip, please contact the OLLI office, no substitutions are possible.

Includes: Guided tour of the library. Participants will provide their own transport.  

Meeting Place: D.H. Library at 12:45 p.m. You will receive a reminder email approximately one week before the date with further instructions on where to park and meet. Paid parking is available directly opposite the library building. You may also choose to park at the McKimmon Center and ride the free Wolfline bus.

Ends: Approximately 3:00 p.m.
