Maintenance and Reliability Management I: Strategic Leadership, Planning and Control
Maintenance and Reliability Management (MRM) I is part of the Maintenance and Reliability Management Diploma program. Designed for working maintenance and reliability professionals--and based on real-world concepts, strategies, best practices and emerging trends--MRM will help you develop your maintenance and reliability knowledge, and sharpen your leadership skills for today's increasingly competitive global marketplace. In MRM I, you will cover strategic leadership, planning and control topics in the key areas of strategic maintenance leadership, world-class maintenance, and total productive maintenance/total process reliability.
About the MRM Diploma Program
Offered by NC State University's Office of Professional Development, in partnership with Marshall Institute. the MRM Diploma program consists of three one-week modules that can be taken in any order. This program will expose you to real-world examples and will provide you with practical knowledge and skills applicable in your plant or facility. Earning this non-degree diploma will represent solid evidence of your successful completion of the course requirements and will illustrate your dedication to becoming more knowledgeable in the field of maintenance and reliability management.
Maintenance and Reliability Management II: Work Flow and Materials Management
Maintenance and Reliability Management (MRM) II is part of the Maintenance and Reliability Management Diploma program. Designed for working maintenance and reliability professionals--and based on real-world concepts, strategies, best practices and emerging trends--MRM will help you develop your maintenance and reliability knowledge, and sharpen your leadership skills for today's increasingly competitive global marketplace. In MRM II, you will cover work flow and materials management topics in the key areas of maintenance planning and scheduling, storeroom control, lean maintenance, and measures and metrics.

Designed for working maintenance and reliability professionals--and based on real-world concepts, strategies, best practices and emerging trends--MRM will help you develop your maintenance and reliability knowledge, and sharpen your leadership skills for today's increasingly competitive global marketplace. In MRM III, you will cover risk and reliability management topics in the key areas of preventive maintenance (PM), reliability-centered Maintenance/PM optimization, and maintenance prevention/reliability engineering.
