Majed Al-Ghandour has taught for Technology Training Solutions for over 22 years. He has a PhD in Engineering from NC State University, and teaches many different programming courses, some of which involve cloud computing, and some which help participants manipulate their web environments. Majed is a Professional Engineer and has earned the Microsoft MCP, MCSD and MCT, the Novell CCNA, and he is also SAS Certified. Majed earned his Certification of Accomplishment in Teaching from NC State University, and also earned an EPIC online Teaching Certificate.
William (Bill) Blackmon has taught AutoCAD courses for Technology Training Solutions for over 10 years. As a licensed architect in the state of North Carolina, he has been using Autodesk products in his field for more than 20 years. He has served as technical editor on multiple AutoCAD books, and has written dozens of custom AutoCAD applications. Bill patiently approaches teaching from the standpoint of an end-user with a strong emphasis on efficiency and real world application.
Martin Brossman is a leading authority on social media and online marketing. He is a business coach, author, consultant, and trainer known for his insight and grass roots marketing expertise. A member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Martin is a popular speaker on social media topics. He also teaches at North Carolina community college Small Business Centers and Chambers of Commerce venues throughout the state.
Ken Carmack, owner of Partner Technology Solutions, has over 20 years of experience in technology system design, support and education. Partner Technology Solutions provides IT services to small and midsized businesses. Ken teaches group, corporate and one-on-one classes in Excel, other Microsoft Office products and Google Suite applications. He works hard to stay abreast of emerging trends in networking, security and hardware/software, and as an added plus, he is a former CPA and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.

Her experience in Human Resources, management, and small business ownership have served her well for over 25 years as a trainer and consultant. She creates applications, designs and teaches courses, and consults with both private and public-sector clients. Laura is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Instructor who specializes all Office products, as well as Microsoft Project and Power BI software.
Charlie Dickens is a Raleigh, NC native, a professional photographer and the owner of Charles Dickens Photography here in Raleigh. He has a background in engineering, over 20 years of photography experience in the areas of weddings, portraits, and commercial photography, and several years of experience teaching various levels of photography. Charlie is an active member of the Professional Photographers of America and the Professional Photographers of North Carolina.
Sara Hansen is an educator with over 15 years of experience in teaching, training, and facilitating. Her background in educational management has helped Sara fine-tune personal skills in the various Microsoft products, enabling her to impart useful approaches to each package. Frank Jones is the organizer of the Raleigh SEO Meetup, founding member of the Triangle Wikipedians user group, host of the Raleigh SEO Conference, and Marketing Director at OptSus Marketing. In the classroom and at these events, Frank has been teaching WordPress and digital marketing for several years. He has been building websites since 1995 and started using WordPress in 2008. Dr. Scott Madry is a Research Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in the applications of Geomatics technologies for regional environmental and cultural research. He is also the President of Informatics International, a global geomatics consulting company, and of the Global Space Institute. Dr. Madry is a three-time Fulbright Scholar, is widely published, and has received many scholastic and community awards. In his role with Technology Training Solutions, Dr. Madry specializes in open-source GIS software and topics related to space.
Dana Mathew has taught at Technology Training Solutions for over 10 years. She is an expert facilitator of the all the Microsoft products, most Adobe products, and many of the Webmaster Certificate courses. She is an energetic, dynamic instructor skilled in training adult learners over the past two decades. When she is not training, she is either consulting on software applications or creating databases for corporate clients.
