Transfer / Cancellation Policy

All class transfer / cancellation notices are to be submitted to our office in writing. Please send your notification to the program coordinator, Andrea Hoch at amhoch2@ncsu.edu. If you need to transfer / cancel your registration, the following options are available:

  • Cancel your registration and receive a full refund, without penalty, by sending written notification 10 business days prior to the class start date to Andrea Hoch’s attention via email at amhoch2@ncsu.edu.
  • Transfer/cancellation requests received fewer than 10 business days prior to the class start date will be assessed a transfer / cancellation fee of $50.00.
  • No reimbursement / refund provided if you (the participant) fail to attend your scheduled class, transfer or cancel your registration.
