This presentation will cover the Seniors' Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP), a service provided by the N.C. Department of Insurance. We will discuss our role in helping Medicare beneficiaries, and how to contact us. We will also cover the basics of Medicare, how and when to enroll, and information about Parts A, B, C, and D as well as Medicare Supplement plans.
