Held in person at McKimmon Center: This course will focus on the world of criminal law, including the process and methods used to investigate various crimes, the process of prosecuting criminal offenders, and the representation of criminal defendants. In the final session, we will review the procedure of criminal trials. Although the course will be presented in a basic lecture format, questions and discussion will be welcome.
