We will use the reference book Bridge Basics 1, written by noted bridge expert Audrey Grant, as the basis for this course. The course will consist of lecture, Q&A on reading assignments, and actual play. We will cover the fundamentals of three aspects of the game: bidding, play, and defense, and we will focus on the latest modern bridge concepts. Note: To participate in this class, you must purchase the required reading and bring it to each class session.
