We can all learn from the experience of others. We all know that projects should be followed by lessons-learned reviews, so that we can learn what was done well and what should be improved in future projects. Such reviews are the lifeblood of sports teams and military units. Yet we find that conducting these reviews is not nearly as widespread in commercial arenas as one might expect.

This online course spans a six-week period. During the first five weeks, you will read one or two brief case studies each week, then post responses to questions to the online forum. In the final week of the course, you will be asked to review all of the material you have read and write a summary of the key things you have learned. The forum discussions will be led by your instructor, so you are not just engaging with other students.
