This course will introduce you to SQL (Structured Query Language), the standard language for requesting, modifying and maintaining information in a relational database. You will learn the basics of SQL, such as the syntax (or rules) of using SQL and how to use SQL for database queries to answer business questions; you also will learn how to retrieve, group, filter, and summarize data, including information from multiple tables in a database. You will learn ANSI/ISO standard SQL, with examples in SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 LUW and z/OS, MySQL, and Access, with emphasis on SQL Server and Oracle.
