  • What are available payment methods?
    We accept checks, purchase orders, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club)

  • Are there any discounts on classes?
    There is a 20% discount if you register for 3 or more classes in the same session. There is a 10% discount if payment is received prior to the course start date.

  • What about financial aid?
    Participants may be eligible for the Sallie Mae loan. Visit go.ncsu.edu/salliemae for more information.

  • Do you have a refund policy in the event I need to cancel my attendance?
    We have policies in place in the event that you need to cancel a class. Please look at our policies page for detailed information.

  • What if TTS cancels a class that has already been paid?
    If TTS cancels a program date, every effort will be made to reschedule you or full reimbursement of paid registration fees will be made.

  • What is included in the price of the course?
    Your registration fee includes instructional materials, supplies, and a certificate.
